As suggested by their name, these abilities are exclusive to Mr. Saturns.
These abilities use PP in order to be used just like PSI abilities.
There are four of them: three can be used by Colonel Saturn from the beginning of the game to the end and one is exclusive to hard mode enemies. To use them you must select the SKILL button from the battle menu during a battle or from the "powers" section of the overworld menu if you want to use DING!
ZOOM!
Description: FOR SLOOOOW DOWN.
Effect: Absorbs some speed from an enemy.
Uses 1 PP
BOING!
Description: THE ULTIMATE ATTACK.
Effect: Damages a single enemy by throwing a Mr. Saturn at the enemy. Deals inexplicable element damage and can make the enemy numb.
Uses 4 PP
DING!
Description: HEALTHFUL AND DANDY
Effect: Heal the whole team a little and cures Numb, Sleep and Wrapped ailments. Works in the overworld, and is much cheaper than using Lifeup to heal the party.
Uses 5 PP
DAKOTA!
A much more powerful version of BOING! . Exclusive to enemies in Hard mode.
